A Shift Leader is responsible for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the General Manager (GM), the Shift Leader effectively is the store leader. Shift Leads ensure that the store's appearance as well as each team member's performance is to company standard and are also responsible for consistently educating and engaging the community and store guests on all of Baskin Robbins products and services.The ideal candidate must love working with people, able to multi-task, is detail oriented,be a quick learner,be capable of working independently as well as a team member, have a neat appearance, positive attitude, be punctual, have good communications skills and clean effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Be available to work variable shifts, open, mid-day, and close.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs throughout
- Have reliable transportation
- Love working in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from -15°F (walk-in cooler & freezer)
- High School diploma
- Computer literate and web-savvy
