That’s why we are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Local CDL Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic, hybrid position designed for a hardworking professional who enjoys the freedom of the road but thrives in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
The best part? This is a 100% local role. You will drive local routes, sleep in your own bed every night, and enjoy completely free weekends.
The Role
In this dual-purpose position, your day-to-day will shift between hands-on warehouse support and hitting the road for local deliveries. You will be the face of Future Sales and Solutions, ensuring our products reach our partners safely, accurately, and on time.
On the Road:
- Drive Local Routes: Safely operate company box trucks and Day Cab semi-trucks for daily deliveries.
- Customer Facing: Act as a professional, friendly representative of Future Sales and Solutions during all customer and partner drop-offs.
- Safety & Compliance: Execute thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain peak equipment condition, and strictly adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
In the Warehouse:
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage high-value products and equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Prep outbound orders and verify all shipping documentation for strict accuracy.
- Team Support: Jump in to assist warehouse operations and keep the supply chain moving smoothly when delivery schedules are light.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensing: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Class A is highly preferred, though strong Class B candidates will be considered.
- Experience: Previous experience confidently operating box trucks and semi-trucks.
- Clean Record: An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent major violations.
- Physical Capability: The ability to safely lift, shift, and move equipment throughout your shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and highly dependable attendance.
- Compliance: Must successfully pass both a pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.
