The Role
We are looking for a Medical Assistant to be the "heart of the house." This role requires a unique individual who can provide expert clinical support. You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients, ensuring their journey is seamless, professional, and luxurious.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support (Medical Assistant):
- Assist providers during aesthetic procedures, including Injectables, and Laser Resurfacing.
- Perform patient intake, including updating medical histories in EMR and taking vital signs when required.
- Manage treatment room turnover, ensuring clinical spaces are sterile, stocked, and prepared for the next appointment.
- Support wellness services within our Wellness Practice.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a medical spa, dermatology, clinic, or high-end hospitality environment preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in medical EMR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
- Vibe: A passion for aesthetics, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
