Job Summary
Griggs Family Financial is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Financial Professionals. No prior financial services experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support for qualified candidates.
As an Entry-Level Financial Professional, you will educate clients on financial concepts, assist in developing personalized financial strategies, and provide ongoing support throughout their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through virtual and in-person appointments.
- Learn and explain fundamental financial concepts in a clear, educational manner.
- Assist individuals and families with retirement planning, wealth accumulation, income protection, debt strategies, college planning, and life insurance solutions.
- Conduct financial needs analyses to better understand each client's goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up.
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development programs.
- Work collaboratively with experienced financial professionals and mentors.
- Continue developing industry knowledge while pursuing required state licenses.

Qualifications

- Authorized to work in the United States
