Are you a creative type who loves seasonal and/or floral themes?
Carolina Pottery is currently searching for a part-time creative and experienced person to join our fun Floral Design Team in West Columbia, SC. You will be helping us produce several of our signature designs and themes for a variety of items that we offer to our customers. Designs will include Seasonal Wreaths, Bows, Floral Arrangements and more.

Floral Design Team Member Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent customer relations skills, knowledge of floral designs, and positive cooperation with fellow team members.
- Has knowledge of new floral trends and store merchandise to create new and exciting floral designs that meet customer and Carolina Pottery’s standards.
- Creates wreaths, arrangements and other floral designs that showcase new and existing merchandise.
- Responsible for recording individual daily productivity and documentation of customer orders on appropriate provided forms.
- Complete custom orders according to customer’s requirements using knowledge of design and store products in a timely manner.
- Completes other tasks given by management in a timely manner.
Floral Design Team Member Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have high level of initiative, good positive attitude, strong and reliable work ethic.
- Exhibits positive cooperation with fellow team members.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
