Silver Leaf Property Management is looking for an experienced Full-Time Leasing Specialist to join our Fargo team, working out of our 15th St site-office location. This position rewards hard work with unlimited commission earning potential! Our office is open weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are flexible around scheduling.
As a Leasing Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by providing excellent customer service and a demonstrating a competitive spirit. You will perform all activities related to leasing to new and potential residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Customer service will be your core job duty to help our clients find their next home. We are a growing company looking for someone who thrives in a competitive environment!
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer skills including MS word, excel and outlook
- Prior experience in property management or related industry preferred
- Two (2) years prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong and competitive sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well-organized and self-motivated individual with an attention to detail
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside within a 15 minute drive of Fargo, ND
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
