E-Commerce Associate Job Overview
· We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our dynamic business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product uploads on various e-commerce platforms as well as our company website. You will handle e-commerce platform operations, analyze product sales and listing rankings, and continuously optimize content while overseeing ad placement. Additionally, you will provide customer support and consultation for online clients.
Duties
· Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation.
· Conduct research on product sales and listing rankings, making strategic improvements to optimize performance.
· Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
· Provide prompt and professional support to online customers, addressing inquiries and offering consultation.
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales is desirable.
· Must be Highly Reliable, Accountable and have a positive Attitude.
· Mandarin speaking skills is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
