Crown Point Health Suites is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support resident care on our rehabilitation units. You will work alongside occupational therapists to guide residents through functional daily activities and physical recovery routines. The main focus stays on executing therapy treatment plans and helping patients rebuild practical skills for community discharge.
Responsibilities
- Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans designed by supervising therapists.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, functional mobility, and adaptive equipment training.
- Document resident daily progress and functional outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate directly with nursing staff and physical therapy team members to align resident care.
- Maintain clean therapy areas and inspect treatment equipment prior to resident sessions.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at 32-38/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
