Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatology Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive on-site dermatologic care within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dermatology consultations and evaluations for SNF/LTC residents
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions, including skin cancers
- Perform dermatologic procedures within scope, including biopsies and lesion removal
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff
- Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation in EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement and survey-readiness initiatives
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency
- Active New York State medical license
- DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred
