Masterson Staffing Solutions is recruiting seasoned rotational molders for our Client Customer located in Maple Lake, MN.
This position has:
2nd shift : 6:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Thursday
Starting at $18/hour depending on your experience.

Position Summary: Rotational molders are responsible for a start to finished product. Loading molds with powder resin, placing molds into ovens, taking product out of mold and trimming excess off product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
- Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and company objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets.
- Help participate in the training of team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
- Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision.
- Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding a plus.
SOFT SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail required.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk about the facility as needed.
- Comfort and ability to be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat and cold
