Tax Accountant
Overview
Tax accountant is responsible for applying an in-depth knowledge of tax and management services to provide solid advice on the tax impact of various corporate strategies and to help clients’ experience with the firm to become the “Most Valued Advisor”.
Responsibilities
- Manages won workflow daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed accurately as assigned
- Coordinate, review and complete tax projects in a timely manner, assuring compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations
- Conduct technical research
- Perform analysis and resolve all notices and issues that client encounters regarding tax returns
- Assist Staff Accountants/Managers/Partners with any other assigned project
Education and Experience
- Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or
- 5 or more years of related experience/training

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
