The Utility Crew Chief represents the City to citizens and contractors when addressing various wastewater issues, coordinates activities with other departments and monitors, evaluates, and trains staff. Utility Crew Chiefs need to be proficient with computers and have strong verbal and written communication skills. In most operations, Utility Crew Chiefs supervise staff in CDL (Commercial Driver's License) positions.
