Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and appraise items brought in for pawn or sale, such as jewelry, electronics, and other valuable items
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers
- Process pawn transactions, including documenting items, entering data into the system, and generating pawn tickets
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items from the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in retail sales
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
