Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Welder/Press Brake Operator with 7-10 years of hands-on experience to join our fabrication and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding, press brake operation, and a strong understanding of a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality welding (MIG, TIG) on various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Operate and set up press brake machines to form precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication plans.
Fabricate and assemble metal components in a manufacturing environment.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
Maintain and troubleshoot welding and press brake equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project requirements.
Assist in other fabrication tasks as needed
Qualifications:
7-10 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG)in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
Proven experience as a press brake operator, including setup and operation.
Strong familiarity with steel fabrication processes and manufacturing environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of material properties and welding techniques for various metals.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Weld certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus but not required.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
