As a
Winder Operator, you will operate and maintain winding machines that produce high-quality labels for the rubber hose industry. This is a great opportunity to work with a global leader in hose branding solutions while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities for a Winder Operator:
- Operate and monitor winding machines to produce labels according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Record production data and report any defects or machine malfunctions.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications for a Winder Operator:
- Previous experience of operating winding or similar machinery preferred (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation/Benefits for a Winder Operator
Shift hours: 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate: Starting out at $18 DOE
