Employees must be able to work autonomously with children between the ages of 6-18, who experience psychological and behavioral problems. Child management skills are of critical importance. Employees must possess an above-average ability to deal with problematic behavior, as well as an ability to lead and participate in a variety of recreational activities with children.
Experience working with children in a residential setting preferred.
