What You'll Do
As a Production Mechanic, you'll work alongside experienced builders learning every phase of custom pool construction and renovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with all phases of swimming pool construction and renovation.
- Perform excavation support, plumbing, steel, concrete, equipment installation, and finishing work.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Accurately log time and job progress using company software.
- Drive company vehicles safely while following all company policies.
- Work closely with Crew Leaders and Superintendents to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications include:
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn from experienced teammates.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).
Strongly Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Construction, landscaping, concrete, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or other skilled trades experience.
- Military, athletics, or physically demanding work experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use tools and equipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
