Position Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Operations Assistant to help keep the engine of Simply Vegas running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support the Ops Manager and the Accounting Department with administrative tasks, project coordination, and day-to-day execution across multiple departments.
You’ll play a key part in agent onboarding, event planning, office operations, compliance follow-ups, and data entry for the accounting team. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support
- Assist the Director of Operations with daily tasks, scheduling, and communications
- Organize internal meetings and maintain follow-up task lists
- Help prepare reports, agendas, and internal updates for leadership
Agent Support & Office Coordination
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of agents, ensuring documentation and system access are accurate
- Answer agent inquiries or direct them to the correct department
- Support file compliance by tracking required documentation and deadlines
- Help manage agent platforms (Lofty CRM, LoneWolf, Slack, Google Drive)
Event & Program Support
- Help coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, and meetups
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and RSVP tracking
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events as needed
Accounting & Data Entry
- Financial accounting software proficiant (quickbooks etc...), Lone Wolf back office experience preferred.
- Enter transaction and commission data into spreadsheets and internal systems
- Help the accounting team with tracking payments, outstanding invoices, and agent-related billing
- Maintain organized digital files and assist with simple reconciliations
Internal Communications & Resources
- Help draft and send newsletters, memos, and event announcements
- Update and maintain company resources such as directories and internal docs
- Support marketing and operations with minor updates to the company website and agent portal

Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Comfortable learning new tools (Slack, Lofty CRM, LoneWolf, Canva, etc.)
- Proficient in basic accounting principles and data entry best practices
- Experience using accounting tools such as Quickbooks and Excel for bookkeeping, payroll, or invoicing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Real estate or small business experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
