Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Associate with strong customer service skills and experience in a professional office environment. This role supports our advisors and clients by ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and a welcoming, organized atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide an exceptional in‑office and phone experience
- Support advisors with client meeting preparation, follow‑up, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with paperwork processing
- Manage scheduling, appointment reminders, and client communications
- Assist with workshop/event coordination and follow‑up
- Uphold firm standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client care
Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a professional office setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational habits
- Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of integrity and commitment to fiduciary standards
