Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Deep Cleaner to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about cleanliness, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. This role focuses on detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products and techniques. Must have dependable transportation to jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces using non-toxic cleaning products.
- Dust baseboards, crown molding, blinds, ceiling fans, doors, light fixtures, vents, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize (sometimes polish) all flooring surfaces.
- Clean inside appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves) as requested.
- Wash interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Remove cobwebs, dust furniture, and clean underneath all furniture.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards and honor any special requests from the client.
- Properly use and care for company-provided equipment and supplies.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members & manager.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' homes and belongings.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred (deep cleaning experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with or without other team members.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
