About Us
Sweet Treat Factory is a brand-new ice cream shop opening in Alexandria, LA. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members who enjoy working with people and creating a fun experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Scoop and serve ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and other frozen treats
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Prepare toppings and ingredients as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
