Location: Remote (Must be based in US) with occasional travel to Washington DC
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Travel & Workforce Mobility Lead to support travel management, workforce mobility, relocation, and related business processes within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will lead functional activities, collaborate with business stakeholders, and help drive process improvements that support enterprise modernization goals.
Description
- Lead travel and workforce mobility functional workstreams
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and optimization activities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
- Analyze current processes and recommend business process improvements
- Support testing, deployment, training, and organizational change management activities
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, ERP, and program leadership teams
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of ERP consulting experience
- 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience Required
- Public sector or government consulting experience
- Experience supporting travel management, workforce mobility, relocation, or related business processes
- Experience leading functional teams or workstreams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
