Employees assigned to public works projects may be eligible for higher compensation through applicable prevailing wage classifications based on project location, scope, and county requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist Coating Application Specialists and Blasters on active projects
- Load, unload, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with containment setup and removal
- Perform masking, covering, and protection of work areas
- Support surface preparation activities
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Remove debris and waste materials
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and transportation
- Support deliveries and material handling operations
- Participate in daily safety meetings and jobsite briefings
- Follow supervisor direction and project schedules
- Help maintain safe, efficient, and productive work environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting
