Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including framing, siding, decks, and remodel work. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of projects with precision, safety, and efficiency. Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other equipment to execute precise measurements and cuts in framing, trim carpentry, and dimensional measurements
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills including woodwork, framing, and trim carpentry
- Support site organization by managing construction materials, tools, and safety supplies effectively
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Skilled in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworking, and dimensional measurements
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required for accurate project execution
- Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Will train right person.
