Sales & Operations Manager | F45 Reynoldstown
Are you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for fitness and community? F45 Reynoldstown is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to spearhead our studio’s growth in the Georgia area.
In this role, your primary mission is to drive revenue, crush sales targets, and convert prospects into lifelong members. You will be the face of our studio—leading from the front by building local partnerships, managing daily operations, and delivering high-energy group fitness classes. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Drive Revenue: Own the sales pipeline, execution of trial-to-member conversion processes, and member retention strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly studio goals.
- Community & Networking: Actively hit the pavement to participate in local networking, grassroots marketing, and community events to generate high-quality leads and elevate brand awareness.
- Adapt & Optimize: Stay agile and quickly implement evolving corporate sales processes, promotion strategies, and studio pricing updates.
Studio Operations & Management
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily studio operations to ensure strict compliance with F45 company policies, brand standards, and athletic guidelines.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage the class schedule by coordinating instructor availability to ensure seamless, consistent coverage.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the training staff and management team to ensure a flawless, premium member experience from the front desk to the weight floor.
Fitness & Coaching
- Deliver Elite Workouts: Lead high-intensity, motivating HIIT, Strength, Cardio, and Hybrid group classes (including some weekends).
- Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-class visual equipment inspections (dumbbells, ERGs, kettlebells, racks) to ensure 100% safety, functionality, and studio cleanliness.
- Brand Ambassador: Live and breathe the F45 values, maintaining a professional, energetic, and supportive presence at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Sales Expert: 2–3 years of proven experience in high-volume sales, fitness membership sales, or retail leadership with a track record of hitting targets.
- Certified Fitness Professional: Current CPT, Group Fitness Certification, or a degree in a kinesiology/exercise science-related field.
- Safety First: Current CPR and AED certifications required.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a charismatic personality, strong organizational habits, and a passion for changing lives through fitness.
