Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Provide customer support by responding to emails and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning documents, and document organization.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to resolve issues amicably.
