As a provider you will be the heartbeat of our patient experience and clinical workflows. You will work side-by-side with our clinical and admin staff to deliver seamless, effective care. Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages.
- Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
- Collaborate on the development of innovative clinical workflows and care models.
- Provide clinical services for corporate health partners and community health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Medical License to practice in the State of Minnesota (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified NP or PA with a current CPR certification.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred.
- Skills: Strong "bedside manner" and a passion for healthcare innovation.
- Tech: Proficient with EMRs (experience with Athena is a significant plus).
- Background: No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions.
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
