Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining pre-authorizations, referrals, and communicating status of appointments. Performs administrative duties under the supervision of the Pain Management Practice Manager. Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
