Job Summary
A lending company in Seneca, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations, client communication, and administrative workflow. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in banking, consumer lending, financial services, or a similar office environment.
The Customer Service Representative will be an important first point of contact for clients, helping create a professional, welcoming, and responsive experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with lending staff in a stable, service-driven environment where teamwork, accuracy, communication, and professionalism are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients, applicants, and business contacts to the appropriate team member.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
- Send emails, respond to routine inquiries, and support timely communication with clients and internal staff.
- Assist lending and office staff with administrative tasks, documentation support, and daily workflow needs.
- Maintain a professional front-office presence while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- $18 to $22 per hour.
