What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced Long-Term Care RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Montana
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff while promoting teamwork and quality care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident progress in the electronic medical record.
- Educate residents and families while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
