RenaissanceTech is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from initiation through successful completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and driving accountability across internal teams. Experience with project management software, particularly Asana, and ERP or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously from project kickoff through final deployment and post-launch transition.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Asana.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project, providing proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolution.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, milestone reviews, and project closeout meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, implementation, sales, support, and leadership.
- Oversee CPQ implementation projects, ensuring milestone completion, configuration accuracy, testing, user acceptance, and successful deployment.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation while maintaining project profitability.
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and client impact.
- Document project requirements, action items, decisions, and change requests.
- Ensure all customer deliverables meet RenaissanceTech quality standards before release.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within Asana and other internal systems.
- Provide regular project status reports to leadership and customers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs to the customer support and account management teams upon project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects from start to finish.
- Strong working knowledge of Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software implementation projects.
- PMP certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Familiarity with ERP or enterprise software implementations.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
