About the Role
This isn't a typical office management position. As the Operations & Client Experience Manager, you'll help lead daily operations while ensuring exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.
You'll support scheduling, assist technicians, solve customer issues, improve systems, support hiring, and help drive company growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of outcomes.

- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage daily operations including scheduling, dispatch, customer support, hiring, and sales coordination
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in operations, office management, customer service, recruiting, scheduling, dispatch, or sales support preferred
