Position Summary
NIU is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations in the United States. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, managing order fulfillment, monitoring inventory and warehouse performance, and ensuring smooth communication among warehouses, carriers, customers, and headquarters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order fulfillment and shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customers regarding shipping schedules, pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping records, delivery confirmations, and related documents.
- Review, reconcile, and track logistics invoices, freight bills, and transportation costs.
- Support carrier management and maintain strong working relationships with logistics service providers.
- Communicate regularly with headquarters regarding logistics performance, inventory status, shipment updates, and operational issues.
- Prepare logistics reports and provide operational insights to management.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred to support communication with global suppliers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse operations, or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the golf cart, automotive, powersports, electric vehicle, or mobility industry.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or transportation management systems (TMS).
- Experience supporting multi-state distribution and warehouse operations.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
