Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually (all inclusive)
At Holiday Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe that strong clinical leadership at the unit level is essential to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.
Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist:
Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed
Running and assisting with employee training and orientation
Assisting with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units
Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN / RN license in Rhode Island.
Prior Experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
