The legendary Gallaghers Steakhouse of New York has brought its iconic dining experience and rich tradition of hospitality to Boca Raton.
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Busser / Utility Team Member to join our team. This hybrid position supports both front- and back-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, efficient environment and helping the service team provide an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist front-of-house staff by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Restock service stations and supplies throughout the shift.
- Maintain clean and organized front- and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation duties as needed.
- Monitor inventory needs and replenish supplies promptly.
- Cut and prepare bread for guest service.
- Support the service team with additional tasks during busy periods.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous bussing, food-running, utility, or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
