East Memphis Optometry and Dry Eye Center is building a premium patient experience that blends luxury eyewear styling, advanced dry eye care, and facial aesthetics.
We are looking for a polished, personable, sales-minded team member who enjoys fashion, beauty, wellness, and helping patients look and feel their best.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role — not a management position.
What You’ll Do
- Style patients in premium eyewear and lens options
- Educate patients on dry eye, ocular surface disease, and facial aesthetics
- Present treatment packages with confidence
- Perform or assist with advanced in-office treatments after training, including OptiLight IPL, OptiLift, TempSure RF, LLLT, and others
- Create a polished, comfortable, boutique-style experience
- Support treatment scheduling, follow-up, and maintenance plans
Who We’re Looking For
- Polished, professional, and warm
- Comfortable with premium sales and pricing conversations
- Interested in luxury eyewear, skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable performing hands-on treatments after training
Experience in optical sales, luxury retail, med spa, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, hospitality, optometry, or ophthalmology is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
