Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and achievement-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead the management and strategic oversight of our diverse property portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate property operations, optimize asset performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will drive tenant satisfaction, maximize revenue, and support the long-term growth of our real estate holdings. Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards
- Utilize property management tools to track financials, occupancy rates, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management
- Handle client/vendor communication, conflict management, and negotiation to resolve issues effectively
- Monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives aligned with financial goals
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in residential property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of property operations.
- Proficiency in property management software, especially Entrata and Appfolio (not a dealbreaker).
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to landlord-tenant law, lease agreements, and Fair Housing regulations
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and negotiations within a property management context
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and possess strong analytical skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
