Job Overview
We're seeking a Barista to join our Specialty Coffee Truck team!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing hot or cold beverages such as iced coffee, espresso drinks, blended beverages
The ideal candidate will:
- Thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean & organized restocked service area
- Be proactive
- Have amazing people skills!
Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us serve a great experience. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your food and beverage skills within a dynamic retail setting.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and cleaning routines.
- No barista experience necessary, we will train the right person.
Note: Tips are pooled among the team working the shift.
