Lab Team Member – Victory Men’s Health
Victory Men’s Health is seeking a skilled, patient-focused Lab Team Member to support high-performance, personalized care. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional patient experience through expert clinical execution and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, injections (IM/SubQ), and assist with IV administration under provider direction
- Accurately process, label, and manage specimens for routine and specialty labs
- Support clinic flow by responding quickly to rooming needs and managing time efficiently
- Provide calm, confident, and empathetic care to patients
- Use discretion and compassion when performing wave therapy or assisting with procedures like pellets, Trimix, or Priapus injections.
- Maintain a clean, organized lab and manage supply restocking
- Chart accurately in EHR and coordinate lab submissions
- Assist front desk or administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations
Qualifications
- Strong clinical and phlebotomy skills with excellent bedside manner
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mindset with willingness to cross-train and assist as needed
- Commitment to continuous learning and high standards of care

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
