Hittle Insurance is seeking a professional, dependable, and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. As one of the frontline ambassadors of our agency, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base in both English and Spanish.

Our office is multilingual and highly focused on creating an outstanding customer experience for both English- and Spanish-speaking communities.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist clients with insurance-related questions, policy service requests, billing concerns, and general account support.
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish through phone, text, email, and other communication platforms.
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, claims guidance, certificates of insurance, and general insurance documentation.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update client information within our agency management systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering a friendly, solution-oriented, and empathetic customer experience.
- Support licensed agents and account managers with administrative and customer service tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to educate clients about additional insurance products and services that may benefit them.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Previous customer service, call center, office administration, or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and digital communication tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is not required at the time of hire; however, the selected candidate must obtain the license within 3 months of employment.

Pay: $23.48 - $28.28 per hour
