Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
- Administer esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance clients’ results and satisfaction.
- Conduct spa services such as waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product usage to foster trust and loyalty.
- Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on skincare products and promoting ongoing skin health routines.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a related cosmetology role with a focus on skincare treatments.
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other esthetic laser techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, skin analysis, and client communication best practices.
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.
- Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new skincare innovations and aesthetic techniques.

Pay: $23.88 - $32.37 per hour
