Violette is a from-scratch, gluten-free bakery with a 14-year following in Cambridge. We're looking for a reliable production baker to join a small, tight team.
The role:
Primary responsibility is cupcake production — baking, frosting, decorating — along with periodic cookies and bars on a rotating schedule. This is a production role, not a creative lead position. You'll work from established recipes and standards.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday 7am–1pm, Saturday 7am–11am
You:
- Experience in production baking
- Consistent, clean, detail-oriented
- You finish what you start
- Comfortable working independently
Compensation:
- $21-22/hr (base plus weekly bonus) depending on experience
- Weekly performance bonus
- Medical stipend after 90 days
