We are looking for both experienced and also up and coming carpenters who have at least 3 year of experience or carpentry trade school who have a passion to learn and further hone their trade. The ideal candidate will be teachable and have a good hard work ethic. Must have a high level of attention to detail, be easy going and take pride in their work.
Longer experience is preferred, but we have openings for carpenters with AT LEAST 3 year of experience.

The next step is a trial day.
Based on a trial day, we can figure out where applicants land on our generous pay scale.
At that point an employment offer will be made.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills preferred with the ability to take directions and work independently. Applicant must speak fluent english.
Potential candidate must have transportation and be punctual. We do not work weekends.
Pay rates are commensurable with experience. Employment is full time and would start immediately or within a few weeks depending on the applicants situation
We have been in business since 2002 and have plenty of high end steady year round work. We offer workman's comp and liability insurance along with 401K with a 4% match to begin at 6 months. We also offer a week of paid vacation after 6 months, on an increasing scale. We also offer year end bonuses and yearly pay increases.
