Flag Hour: From $100,000 per year (based on experience and productivity). Our top Performers are earning over $200k annually and all technicians are above $100k.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 5 day work weeks.

Job Summary
We’re hiring an ASE Certified Master Technician who thrives in a fast-paced shop and delivers consistent, high-quality repairs. This is not an entry-level position—we're looking for a skilled diagnostic tech ready to maximize their earning potential or who is underappreciated and needs a new environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics and advanced repairs on domestic and foreign vehicles
- Troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding findings and recommendations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized bay
- Follow flat-rate performance standards with consistent efficiency
- Mentor and collaborate with other techs and contribute to a team-focused environment
Qualifications
- ASE Certified Master Technician (required)
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with scan tools, diagnostic software, and systems like Tekmetric
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must provide own tools and be willing to work Saturdays. You will not be scheduled for every Saturday and if you work a Saturday you will have a day off during the week. This guarantees a 5 day work week.
