Saving Grace Care Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in their homes and community settings. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication reminders (when permitted by agency policy).
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as assigned.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and service notes.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required by Florida law.
- Promote client independence, dignity, and person-centered care.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license (if transportation is required)
- Ability to pass Level II Background Screening (required)
- Ability to pass Local Law Background Screening (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid Certification
Preferred:
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or direct support
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
