After training and demonstrating skill and dependability as a Shift Lead, there is fast-track potential to Assistant GM! As a full-time assistant manager, you would dive into the exciting world of managing daily front-of-house operations, from making and preparing mouthwatering desserts to ensuring top-notch quality and providing world-class customer service. As one of the masterminds behind the scenes, you'll also take the lead in keeping the bakery clean, creating efficient staffing schedules, placing truck orders, and training talented bakers.
