About Us: We are a professional moving company with a strong, dependable crew that takes pride in punctuality, teamwork, and positive energy. As we prepare for our busy season (starting March/April), we’re looking for a responsible and dependable driver to join our team.
Job Description: As a driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Picking up and returning trucks to U-Haul before and after each move.
- Leading crews on moving jobs once you’re fully onboarded.
- Working alongside the moving team — this is a hands-on position.
- Maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service during every move.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal history involving theft or violent charges.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle to drive to job sites.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment — we value positive energy and cooperation.
- Moving experience is a plus, but not required.
Starting Pay:
- $25/hour driver starting pay
- $20/hour during the tryout period.
- 5-hour daily minimum pay (even if the job lasts less than 5 hours).
- You will initially assist the crew—once trust and performance are established, you’ll begin driving the moving trucks.
Interview Process:

- Early applicants may start with part-time jobs to get familiar with the crew before full-time work begins.
