Wash Force LLC is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company based in Marshfield, WI—and we’re looking to add a Washing Technician to our team. This is a part-time position to start, with the clear opportunity to grow into a full-time lead role running your own truck.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Exterior cleaning (house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, driveways, patios, etc.)
- Operating professional-grade equipment (pressure washers, soft wash systems, water-fed poles—we’ll train you)
- Climbing ladders and working from rooftops safely
- Providing high-quality, reliable service on every job
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Representing Wash Force with professionalism, integrity, and a great attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or trades is a plus—but not required
- Willing to learn and grow into more responsibility
Pay & Schedule:
- $17–$20+ per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Part-time to start: 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to move into a full-time Lead Tech position within 1–3 months
- Paid training provided
