Customer Service Guest Assistant – Campground
Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Guest Assistant to join our campground team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed to help create a great guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in upon arrival
- Provide directions and information to help guests locate their reserved site
- Manage new and existing reservations using our booking system
- Process cash and credit card transactions in the camp store
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store area
- Handle boat rental check-outs, returns, and reservations
- Assist with restocking campground bathrooms with supplies
- Support laundry operations as needed
- Work as part of a team and assist with general tasks around the property
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale experience preferred
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
