We're looking for a Tow Truck Operator who’s ready to jump in, work hard, and take pride in being part of a company that’s built its reputation on reliability, respect, and getting the job done right. Every day is different here — from assisting with vehicle recovery to helping in the salvage yard on slower days — no two shifts are exactly alike.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating a tow truck safely and responsibly
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and fellow team members
- Assisting with salvage yard tasks, including crush prep and vehicle movement
- Keeping your truck clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Being available for rotating on-call night and weekend shifts (we respect your time off, too)
What We’re Looking For:
- A great attitude and team-first mentality
- A clean driving record for the past 3 years
- 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Ability to pass background checks through multiple law enforcement agencies
- Reside in Nampa or Caldwell to meet required police response times
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $45,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience and shift availability)
- Location: In person – Nampa, ID 83651 (must live locally or relocate before starting)
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On-call nights and weekends (rotating)
